Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and within the EU in the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Czech Republic.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of €6.99 per order.

For sufficiently small products, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of €3.51 per order.

EU Customers - Shipment Tracking & Delivery Partners EU

For shipments within Germany and some EU countries, you can enter your DHL tracking number directly on the DHL website.

Important: DHL hands over parcels to local delivery partners in many countries. Tracking via DHL is only available as long as the parcel is in Germany. Once the shipment is handed over to the local delivery partner, tracking with the DHL tracking number can continue on the respective partner's website. Please check our FAQ page for relevant links.

Provision of digital content:

No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Digital content will be provided to you via a link communicated by email.

The dispatch of this email with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 12 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2-3 days, and within 2-4 days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
