Complaint Service (RMA)
In case of a present defect and after request of a FANTEC service technician to send in your defective FANTEC product, please follow the steps below. This is the only way to ensure smooth RMA processing and to process your order as quickly as possible.
Pack the defective device carefully and with all accessories.
Include a copy of the invoice in the package
Fill out the warranty card completely, including a detailed description of the defect, and also enclose it with the package.
You will find the warranty card in the original box.
