The FANTEC NVMe-X2U32-20G USB enclosure is a practical and very fast storage device with an integrated clone function:

• Up to two NVMe PCIe M.2 M-Key SSDs can be quickly and easily connected to your computer via USB 3.2 Gen2x2 (20G).
• The NVMe PCIe M.2 SSDs can be cloned 1:1 without the need for a computer.

The functional design allows for quick access and easy swapping of SSDs. The enclosure opens tool-free, and the NVMe SSDs are secured with a single screw. A suitable screwdriver is included. With the integrated one-touch clone function, you can quickly and conveniently create identical copies of your SSD drive, regardless of the content (operating system, data, even encrypted, etc.). The thermal pads attached to the heatsink ensure optimal heat dissipation. The internal, temperature-controlled fan supports the large, ribbed aluminum heatsink, further improving the removal of heat from the SSDs.

Short Description:

The NVMe-X2U32-20G is a fast USB enclosure for 2x NVMe PCIe SSDs. It utilizes a 20G USB 3.2 Gen2x2 interface and is typically backward compatible with other USB versions. The enclosure requires its own power supply, with the power adapter included. Therefore, it is not a typical mobile USB device. Designed as a very fast external USB storage device or a very fast clone station, two PCIe NVMe SSDs can be used simultaneously. Cloning does not require a computer. The computer must have a suitable USB 3.2 Gen2x2 (20G) port. Modern NVMe PCIe SSDs are very fast and generate a lot of operational heat. The enclosure is made of aluminum and equipped with a large aluminum heatsink that dissipates the heat generated by the NVMes through the enclosure surface via integrated thermal pads. Additionally, the operational heat of the NVMe SSDs is removed from the interior of the enclosure by an automatically controlled internal fan. The NVMe SSDs are secured in the enclosure with screws.
