Shipment Tracking & Delivery Partners EU
For shipments within Germany and some EU countries, you can enter your DHL tracking number directly on the DHL website.
Important:
DHL hands over packages to local shipping partners in many countries. DHL shipment tracking is only available while the package is in Germany. Once the shipment has been transferred to the local delivery partner, tracking can be continued on the respective partner’s website using the DHL tracking number.

The shop is primarily designed for retail customers, and prices include taxes. If you wish to order without tax, please follow these steps:
Prepayment:
• During the order process, select "Prepayment" as your payment method and do not make an automatic payment.
• Provide your tax ID or a corresponding note in the information field.
• Once your order is received, you will receive a corrected offer by email with the applicable amount. • • Please transfer this amount to the specified account.
•The goods will be dispatched once payment is received.
If you prefer to pay with PayPal:
• Provide your tax ID or a corresponding note in the information field.
• First, pay the amount displayed in the shop via PayPal.
• We will then refund the difference.
Important: For logistical reasons, server cases cannot be shipped within Europe.
You have reached the shipping step in the order process and only the option "Self-collection/Pick up" is available?
It is possible that you have selected a server case along with another item.
Due to technical reasons, server cases cannot be ordered in combination with other FANTEC products, including server case accessories.
Please place a separate order for your accessories or contact our customer service to resolve the shipping cost issue to your satisfaction.
Server cases are particularly challenging to ship due to their size, weight, and frequent transport damages. They are often stored in depots for several weeks before being returned to us—usually damaged—at our expense. For this reason, we have decided to ship server cases exclusively to German addresses.
Note: Please provide a German shipping address when placing your order.
Step by Step:
1.) Where do I get a voucher?
When you register with us as a new customer, you will receive a voucher code in your registration email, which you can later redeem in your shopping cart.
After registering with us on fantecshop.de, you will receive an email.
Make sure to read the email carefully from the beginning, as the code is located at the very top.
Remember the code or simply copy it.
2.) How do I redeem the voucher?
Enter the code in the shopping cart.
On the left, under the items, you will find the "Enter voucher code" field.
Here, you can enter the voucher code and click "Redeem."
Please note that voucher codes cannot be combined. Certain codes are not valid for all items.
